Belleville Area’s Psychic Sterling Sinclair – We are All Born Psychic – Time to Accept You
It is Normal to be Psychic.
Accept You and Your Innate Abilities.
Religion, Science and Governmental control mechanisms do not want you to awaken.
But your awakening is happening.
Do not reject you.
All of our abilities are different. I think that it is abnormal for a human not to possess innate empathic or intuitive skills. At the most basic level of our human incarnation resounds our sensitivities connected to survival, procreation, and protection. We have been programmed to create, protect and send forth each new generation.
The human’s ability to adapt “psychically” is so well developed that humans must begin to disbelieve or misperceive their innate function in order to be controlled by another party.
Many religions teach us that our “sight” is evil and must be avoided or cleansed from us. Much of science especially psychology labels our skills as delusions, fantasies, or illnesses. The mission by government, religion, and science (in general) have been to subdue, quiet and control human advancement, expansion and development.
We must wake up from the self-punitive fog that feeds upon a paralyzingly destructive logic that aims to convince us of our own artificial limitations.
We have become fractured and dis- approving of our own innate capabilities which has led to our persecution and rejection of others.
However, another recent push driving a wave of awakenings has prompted the sudden advancement of spiritual leadership. Another moment has been revealed.
I am often asked, “When did you first notice that you were psychic?” AND “Can you shut it off?” AND “What blessing did you receive that others did not?” AND “Do you think you are evil?” Each of these questions – yes each of these questions – I have been asked at least once a month for much of my life.
My answers, I never really clued into being psychic. I just couldn’t figure out why people have to lie and pretend so much. I cannot shut it off. I can quiet it and bury it but by doing so I am filled with personal loathing and self-rejection. What I do is ignore, blur, put out of mind the need to see everything I see. Why would I do that? The noise has a way of resulting in life distortion, confusion, and detrimental life choices. As a human with “psychic” abilities I do not feel more special than anyone else. I feel that I was born this way and have struggled my entire life to accept me as being of goodness. I was created as I am. It is only when I refuse to accept this, that my life begins to fall apart. We must at all costs be self-accepting and refuse self-rejection.
Here is a really cool list of “psychic” abilities different people have. I think that we all possess all of them but to certain degrees. Some may be simply trace skills or skills that appear during pain, happiness, duress, anger, desperation, etc.
Take a look, maybe you can relate to one or more of them.
The first step to deprogramming the earthly restrictions incanted by human control mechanisms is to be willing to “see” your “truth” in you.
Here is Our List of Psychic Abilities
**Based on the individual’s well developed physical senses:
Clairvoyant – the person who can clearly see non-physical realities or dimensions, surrounding energies, auras, physical people’s psychospheres, and also non-physical consciousnesses.
With a well developed clairvoyant capacity, one may also come to be able to use it for autoscopy and heteroscopy.
Clairaudient – the person who can hear eventsoccurring at long distance, in the physical world, and events occurring in non-physical dimensions.
The key to develop all psychic abilities is energy, and hence how your work with energy
Clairsensitive – the person who can feel the surrounding energies and non-physical consciousnesses. You can also train to feel all that touches or could touch your skin at a distance from it, by exteriorising your sensitivity to the periphery of your energosoma, thus producing the effect or becoming a full body/full energosoma ‘radar’.
Some Sensitives are also good at smelling non-physical fragrances.
Remote-viewer – the phenomenon of remote-viewing can also be technically called of travelling clairvoyance. Therefore the remote-viewer can clearly see consciousnesses, places, and events happening at long distance, either in the physical dimension or in non-physical dimensions. The remote viewer can also describe to an audience, even with eyes open, what is being seen, what is happening in real-time.
Based on the natural or inducible looseness or misalignment of the psychosoma:
Lucid Projector – astral traveller or sky walker, the person that leaves the physical body or soma sleeping in the physical dimension and explores with the psychosoma other physical or non-physical locations, thus gathering information the soma cannot obtain during the waking state. The lucid projection amplifies one’s level of physical and non-physical awareness not just of oneself but also of the reality of all consciousnesses.
Lucid dreamer – the person that achieves control of dreams, becomes increasingly more lucid, and can use the trigger(s) of his/her lucid dreams to further increase lucidity and induce conscious lucid projections (astral travelling). During the level 2 of the IAC’s core course – the CDP – we will provide further information and techniques
Precognitor – the person that develops the capacity to gather information from a possible future. To be able to access information from the future means only that you can ‘read’ the possibilities. The future may or may not unfold according to these possibilities, because consciousnesses still have freewill and with it the capacity of choice and change the future.
Retrocognitor – the person that acquires information from past lives or from the intervals between physical lives where the consciousness lived in non-physical dimensions. This modality can bring to the projector information from what was learnt and planned during these periods spent in non-physical dimensions allowing for present increased discernment in the physical dimension.
Telepath – the person that can ‘read’ the information being transmitted mind-to-mind in physical or non-physical dimensions between the consciousnesses. The telepath is a receptor and a transmitter. We all are. In the physical dimension, telepathy occurs when the alpha rhythms of the two communicating consciousness enter synchronicity. Perhaps for this reason it is easier for two consciousnesses that have more affinity to relate and communicate with each other using telepathy.
Psychometrist– the person that can ‘read’ information contained in the energy of objects. The psychometrist can learn information from the past, the present or details of the personality of the owner of an object and the epoch in which he/she lived by reading the energy that got stuck to this object.
The psychometrist reads in the energy of the object the owner’s thoughts and feelings. One of the most positive applications of psychometry is, for instance, in the finding of disappeared people, when associated with precognition. It can also be used to help retrocognition.
Intuitive – the person that can get an intimate clear knowledge of things, and grabs insights that escape the normal thought process. The immediate and instinctive represents a shortcut of the mentalsoma, a jump over reason, it adds to intelligence.
Psychographer – the person that does psychic writing or automatic writing, being at the moment it happens the instrument of the non-physical consciousness(es) that take over the process of reasoning. This means reasoning is eliminated in favour of becoming the medium of the mind of some other non-physical being who dictates.
Medium – person that mediates and brings information from the non-physical dimensions to the physical dimension. We are all mediums, much more than we can think of. We keep bringing information transmitted to us through telepathy by non-physical consciousness around us only too often, and when you don’t know it you think these thoughts you are thinking or these feelings you are having are actually just yours.
Psycophoner – this is when a non-physical consciousness uses your physical body and speaks through you. This process can happen consciously or unconsciously, hence the interest in learning more about it. In mediumship, the medium is the mouth piece of the extraphysical consciousnesses that wish to manifest or convey their messages to the physical dimension.
Physical ectoplasmic medium – the person whose levels of ectoplasmy allow for the dense, almost physical manifestation of non-physical consciousnesses and non-physical objects.
Ectoplasm is a dense semi-physical and non-physical energy that can be produced by some people (ectoplast mediums). It is a very plastic substance that contains leukocytes, epithelial cells, fat, albumin, combined with other non-physical substances and presents an unstable form, looking like tenuous vapours, spirals, threads, cords, webs, rays, and seems to be an intelligent being.
Ectoplasmy is a complex phenomenon that implies temporary dematerialization of the ectoplast medium, materialization of different forms, and posterior re-materialization of the ectoplast medium. During this process people around the medium can see the dematerialization, the materialization, and the re-materialization, so this is a phenomenon that can be witnesses, and to this day there are many people conducting séances during which these phenomena can happen.
Psychic Surgeon – Thanks to the abundance of ectoplasmic energy and well developed mediumship, some people have/can become psychic surgeons, operating intraphysically while guided by extraphysical non-physical consciousnesses. Generally, the psychic ectoplast mediums were not surgeons by profession, but the non-physical consciousness operating through them were. There are ample examples in China, Brazil, and the Philippines.
Telekinesist – the person that can move objects without touching them. Besides making objects move in your awaken state, people can when projected act like non-physical consciousnesses and produce phenomena like finding objects, making them disappear, produce: combustion, electromagnetic, electrochemical, photogenic, mechanical, nuclear chemical, and sonorous effects.
For the specifics of how all this works, we invite you to take the CDP – Consciousness Development Programme at the IAC, the International Academy of Consciousness at any of its educational centres spread a bit all over planet Earth. Welcome.

Auracature and Poem,
I Choose to Have a Good Day:
When I wake up bothered by a possible past.
November 26, 2014
I Choose to Have a Good Day
I woke up this morning with life considerations competing with possible youth outcomes.
Confusion did not contaminate my visions of the past.
Memories void of my recognition streamed past my eyes.
Do you ever wonder if life happened the way that you thought it happened?
It can be far easier to place guilt upon a ghost than upon a man.
If I cannot see what has been stripped from my sight, is it best not to look?
If you seek then you shall find.
So, why seek the things you hope not to find?
In our world and in this life we face down horrors and celebrate joys.
None can escape the truth of life dancing upon a knife’s edge.
If I were to see the terrible abyss, would joy fade from my sight?
Would I ever recover or simply stay lost?
Bad things will happen and good things will happen too.
To hide from the truth shall poison the ground upon which I choose to tread.
But to purposely search out the pain that is hidden deep down inside
Digs a bottomless well into which I could drown.
I look in the mirror.
I brush my teeth.
I go down the stairs.
I sing to the radio.
I look outside.
I see the fallen leaves glistening with dew.
I watch cotton ball clouds drift way up high.
A cool breeze turns my head.
My face is bathes by the warm, rising sun.
No matter my past.
No matter what may have been.
No matter what happened.
No matter all of that.
The world kept on living.
Today the future was once again born.
Whether I greet the good or meet the bad on this day, tomorrow will still be born.
Concerns for what was flee from the stage, well curtained in my mind.
Is it okay to let go?
Is it okay if it never was?
Does really matter?
Is it worth my time?
I look to the sky.
I reach to the heavens.
My day begins again.
Just because my waking moments processed mysteries of yesterday,
I did not have to be possessed by the fascination of pain.
The impossible quest for a dark curse of truth does not need to be my path.
I, in my conscious awareness, choose to step onto the green pastures of this day and jubilantly dance into the future.
The tricks of dreams.
The lures of demons.
The fragility of sleep.
They shall not guide this day.
I jump in the shower.
I stand dripping nude at the window.
I close my eyes.
I see buttercups, reflecting pools and pixie sticks.
I smell the scents of roses, sweet brandied pipe smoke, and thawing Christmas tree needles.
I hear my aunt sing, my puppy bark and my babies saying “Dadda.”
My life is once again awakened.
My life’s joy powerfully washes away my early moments of pontification.
When I was half asleep, my thoughts were hurtful and confused.
When fully awake I chose to restore joy in my life.
With the recollection of special, happy times, I choose to open my eyes one more time.
This time, my day begins with a smile.
I choose to have a good day.

When a Son Still Loves His Mom

Mom and I Dance in the Rain
She sat on the step that day
She rocked me in her arms
My lips were all but silent
My eyes were screaming alarms
Here hands swung with a belt so wide
Here voice squealed of banshees
My back bruised and welted
My legs dropped like fancies
She looked as if she died that day
She wet my head with tears
I felt my mother’s worries
I breathed in all her fears
She could not stop once she’d begin
She love to hate the pain
I was her little special boy
I used to dance in the rain
Why Mom would you hurt me?
Why Mom would you start?
Many years of silence passed
I pushed Mom’s sorrow cart
She came by to see me one day
I stood outside my store
Upon the cold sidewalk
Where was my mom anymore?
She looked that day like no mom should look
She’d weathered every blow
I knew she felt what she gave me
I knew she had come to go
No words were really needed
No words could ever explain
She came to me to do one thing…
Mom and I danced in the rain.

Psychic Sterling Sinclair:
To Seek the Same or Choose Something Different? That is the Question.
An Essay on the Driving Function of Memory.
August 20, 2014
When I travel, I like to taste different foods, see new sights, hear sounds I don’t recall hearing before and meeting new people. I like to experience something new. But at the same time, I seek out cheese, chocolate, a hamburger, fish and chips, a flower garden, trees with shade and a clean, safe, comfy room in which to rest my head. I travel to experience life but I have a tendency to gravitate back to what is comforting and familiar.
I have observed that friends of mine do the same. Every year, year in and year out, they find a resort that offers all you can eat and drink and a beach on which to sunbathe. They may venture off the resort for small day trips and may even mingle with the locals for a short time but at the end of the day, they return to their recognizable comforts.
Are we creatures of habit? Maybe? Maybe there is more to it than that.
A woman I know dates and has dated the same sort of man – an uneducated, hurt, grease monkey with baggage, power issues and who desires a mother- lover. They all seem to like muscle cars and trying to live on the edge.
A man I know is married to an older, divorced woman who has 2 small dogs, a little girl with long, dark hair. He has a close friend who fits the exact same description but the women’s hair colours are different.
Even though the people are different, the different people they found are still the same. Why?
In the depths of our mind revolves a recognition function. Psychologist after psychologist have pointed out that we seek what created us and/or nurtured us. We seek to return. Our emotional connections and the need to curl up in our egg shell drive us to live the familiar.
Ever catch yourself saying, “Why do I always do that?”
Past life theorists claim that our repeated actions, desires, and senses of home are determined by our unresolved past life issues. But what if we repeat and we don’t have unresolved issues?
In the deep recesses of our minds where our soul greets its fuel – its spirit – a spinning ball of timeless memory fires our mutual multiple lives with sparks of the same memory.
If you burn the same size bonfire under the same tree and feed the fire new wood, the tree will repeatedly wither from the heat. No matter the wood, the tree still gets singed. Only when the sparks stop hitting the branches does the tree begin to grow back.
However, in this memory, we must consciously and deliberately alter its spark. Where it may be flames it must be changed to electrical frequencies or splashes of tears for life to change. The memory will still fire, but a change is when it fires something different.
How is that done?
Because we already possess the memory, it is not making new memories that we seek. The quest is to trigger other memories to spark. New memory triggers are required. It is not about learning something new in this life, it is about freeing the memory of what it already knows.
Is it alright to seek the familiar and rest in the comfort of a recognizable, cyclical life? If you like it, then it is. However, there will be a time, whether in this life or the next, when the comfortable will feel uncomfortable. When that time comes, the quest to free memory will commence.
We can choose to be slaves to our past lives and repeated patterns or we can choose to investigate, experience and search for new ones. No matter the choice, the choice is ours to make.
If you hear yourself asking, “Is this all what life is meant to be?” OR “Is this all I was meant to do?” You are ready to embark on your quest – the quest to free your memory.
When your memory begins to spark different memories, familiarity will meet newness and together they will stimulate your heart. You will be driven to run or to stay put. You may be driven to do both at the same time. Life will begin to look different and with that new sight, your previously familiar surroundings and context will suddenly be unfamiliar. You will know things about yourself and other people that you did not before know (or thought you didn’t know). Ideas will come to you. Ideas that you had no idea existed.
Will you lose you if you embark on your quest to free your memory? No. Your memory is already there. You are not finding a new memory. You are remembering what your memory already knows.
Will you be different? You may seem to be different.
Different Good or Different Bad? Neither and both at the same time.
To free your memory is to free you. Once free, you can never turn back.
The choice to free your memory is yours. When the time comes that you choose to embark on the quest to free your memory – it will be the right time to do so. There is no rush. But no matter what time it becomes, the choice will be yours to make.
Is it time for change?

Wow these trees turned colour early… or did they?
When I shot this photo, I thought the trees had turned colour already and just on the top. However, the colour faded within 5 minutes and it returned to green. The sunset lit the tree tops up for about one mile along this road the other day. Cool, eh?! L, S
Psychic Sterling Sinclair:
If I walk a Mile in Your Shoes, My Feet Will Bleed
August 19, 2014
The Olympics bring out the worst in me if my team loses because one of the players missed the easiest swing, throw or shot. I can get so wrapped up in an Olympic game and the desperate desire for my team/country to win that I can yell profanities toward the sportsperson on the TV screen. Like in that moment, I sound like I could have done better. There is no way, but what happens to me?
In the heat of the moment, the game becomes personal. I forget the pressures the person is under. I stop listening. Does this ever happen to you?
While immersed in the deep, throbbing, moist action of life, as bystanders we have a tendency to think we can do better than someone else. Somehow, we imagine ourselves more successfully walking in their shoes. It is easy to say, “do this” and “do that” to another person when your guidance is rooted in your life experience. It is difficult to make it work when immersed in another person’s life situation.
When I was younger, minding other people’s business was a preoccupation (it seemed) of mine because it was a way for me not to acknowledge my own business that needed work. Other people’s shoes did not look appetizing or easy to walk in – other people looked like they were simply not walked in correctly. I thought I could walk in them better than they could walk in them.
The change for me progressively came when I moved away from home, started meeting other people and shifted my education focus to sociology, biblical studies, women’s issues and female liberation theology. It was not until I heard stories and began to live my own life that other people’s shoes no longer fit my feet.
Have you ever tried on a 6 inch stiletto that you admired on the shelf just to find out that you can’t walk in it after you badly twist your ankle and fall into the shoe rack? You walked in the store all sexy and put together one moment and then in another moment (and without warning) digging yourself out of a pile of shoes with your skirt pulled up and your 3 week old Brazilian showing to the sales person.
I have bought hiking boots that look great with all the right attributes and fit right at the store just to find out half way up a hill that they are too heavy for me to walk in.
As the background story comes into the picture, our ability to walk in another person’s shoes becomes far more daunting a consideration. It is only when we truly take time to listen to the story behind the story, the secrets behind the secrets, that we see the shoes for more than they seem. It is only then that wearing another person’s shoes does not look that easy to walk in.
In my career, I am asked questions about people’s lives. It would be easy to make up a story or read the surface information and say do this and do that but life is not an accounting ledger book. We can’t simply add up the lines and make a conclusion. Life has its own life and each of our lives is different than others. We all like to polish or wear our shoes in ways we want people to see them, but what our shoes look like on the outside do not reflect the wear inside at the toe.
By trying on our friend’s shoes and trying to walk in them while listening as we take each step, our friend’s story is heard.
By taking time to truly listen, we learn to walk in our own weathered shoes alongside our friend wearing his/her shoes. We no longer tell our friends how to walk in their shoes – our friends help us walk in our shoes.
When we walk together, climbing the path of life becomes easier and more meaningful for all of us.
If I Walk a Mile in Your Shoes, My Feet Will Bleed…
Let’s try walking together.
You are not alone.
PS. I still have a ways to go when it comes to the Olympics, but I am working on it. Thanks for hearing my confession and taking time to walk with me.

Psychic Sterling Sinclair:
Life’s Thrift Shop and Memories Worth Keeping
Remember, It’s time to Move Forward!
August 17, 2014
I must confess, I am a thrift store junkie. I even owned one a while back. What astounds me is what I find on the shelves. Discarded cherished memories of special times and life events get there because someone decided to throw them out. A thrift shop is not a place where junk is thrown; it is a place where memories exist.
I cannot help but think that life is like that sometimes. Without memories, where does life go?
It is not uncommon to find cups, plaques, plates, shirts and ornaments that were bought on trips from around the world. Sometimes they are dated 20-50 years back and still labeled with special messages and the names of people who went on the trips. To someone, these souvenirs represented fun and happy times that were meant to be preserved. But something happened in their lives that resulted in these items being tossed.
I also find an abundance of photos filled photo albums, collectors’ plates and ornaments as well as entire sets of fine bone china, and 25th / 40th/ 50th/ 60th anniversary plates, cups, picture frames with pictures still in them and tea stained tea services. Sometimes, all of the anniversary years show up on the shelf on the same day – like someone simply threw out many years of marriage. The previous owner of these items collected them, cared for them and likely met fond memories every time he or she thought of them or saw them. Then, something happened in their lives and their memory triggers were discarded.
A thrift shop is not a junk graveyard but rather an inexpensive depository of memories.
As a psychic and life coach I meet many people who are going through difficult times. When we have a divorce, for example, the relationship becomes clouded. We look at years and years of bad times and have a tendency to overlook the good times. Sometimes, we overlook years of good times because of one bad time. The negative darkens the mind and the positive is forced deep back into the shadows. We forget how we felt at one time for our partner. We prevent ourselves from acknowledging that we had really good times at times. The ridding ourselves of those memories, do not free us but rather trap us in the negative. We inevitably prevent ourselves from living.
I often hear, “I was so stupid to fall in love with him.” Do not do that yourself. Love is a strange thing. When we fall in love, we fall in love. When difficult times hit, we punish ourselves by stripping the last notions of our lives from us. We lose identity and personal value. We forget who we are. We simply toss them to the side – sometimes hoping for another person to pick them up and them home.
When loved ones die, the people remaining grieve in their way. Some people grieve by immediately cleansing. Some people hold on. Some people get angry and clean up. Some people do nothing. We all do it differently but one thing remains the same – we face blurred memories of life while we are grieving. We make decisions that we would normally not make, like donating our mother’s international bell collection or sand art dogs to a thrift shop. Some of us decide to throw out “junk,” “clutter,” and stuff just because that is what it is in that mindset.
Recall the old saying, “Don’t throw out the baby with the bathwater?” Well this is an example.
The bathwater goes out in our lives and the babies end up buried in junk piles or carelessly heaped upon thrift shop shelves yearning for someone to adopt them and take home and care for them again. Once they are gone, the memory triggers are gone too.
In a state of hurt, anger, frustration, sadness, or confusion, we look at our lives and start ridding ourselves of the painful. In that process, we often accidentally rid ourselves the most special memory triggers in life.
Be careful not to discard special, love filled times when you are cleansing yourself of the negative. not let the negative blanket your life.
As a reader of memories and as a communicant with the other side, I truly believe that it is the living memories of fond times that keep us moving forward and our passed loved ones actively rejoicing in our lives, minds and hearts. Our memories transcend death.
A fond memory may very well be the most special thing you have.
By preserving your special memories, the good times in life help us move forward. We are reminded that we are/were loved. We see life through a positive light.
Sometimes, a memory trigger, no matter how small and seemingly insignificant, may to us, be a priceless gift worth keeping.
Today, remember good times.
I send you my love.
